What makes rose water unique?

Rose water is produced by gentle steam distillation of rose petals and has long been used in natural skin care for its fresh and invigorating feeling. As a natural hydrolat, it helps the skin feel soft, hydrated and balanced, while the classic rose scent gives a light and luxurious feeling to the routine. Many choose rose water in the morning when the skin needs to be revived after the night.

Rose water or lavender water

Rose water is best in the morning when the skin needs to feel fresh, soft and awake. Lavender water is best suited in the evening when the skin needs to unwind. Rose water feels lighter and more invigorating, while lavender water feels softer and more calming.

How to use rose water?

For the face

Spray directly over the face and neck after cleansing in the morning, or when the skin needs a light and refreshing break during the day. Use it as a toner, face mist or as a light mist over serum or oil to leave the skin feeling soft and fresh.

For the hair

Spray lightly on the scalp or lengths when you want to freshen up between washes. Rose water also works well as a light hair mist when you want to give your hair a soft rose scent and a clean feel.

For superficial dry skin

Spray rose water on cleansed, slightly damp skin and leave skin slightly damp before finishing with unrefined shea butter, argan oil or cactus oil. It helps the skin feel softer and more hydrated, especially when the skin easily feels tight or superficially dry.

For extra nutrition

Feel free to finish with unrefined shea butter or a few drops of cactus oil as the last step in the morning or evening routine when the skin needs a little more care and moisture.
